Morning Yoga

Enjoy a Gentle Yoga class in the morning. These meditative and gentle yoga classes move at a steady pace, gradually cycling through a series of floor-based or seated asanas.  You can also expect a few standing poses and balance exercises. While the intensity is lower, the focus and commitment are high.  This class is suitable for all levels and ages or practitioners. 

Yogilates Fusion

Yogilates Fusion is a moderate class that mixes yoga stretching with Pilates-style strengthening. You’ll work on your core, posture, balance, and overall strength, and you’ll still leave feeling stretched out and refreshed.

Little Yogi & Me

Little Yogi & Me is a gentle parent-and-baby yoga class for one parent/guardian and one little one (18 months and under). Led by Jessica Simpson, this class is all about bonding, calming your nervous system, and moving in a way that feels good—while your baby stays right with you.
No yoga experience needed. Babies are welcome to be babies (wiggles, breaks, feeding—totally okay).

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga offers a comprehensive set of physical, mental, and emotional benefits that can improve overall health and well-being. This low-impact form of exercise is accessible for all and can be adapted to suit individuals with limited mobility.
